Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays, misdelivery, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

We offer International Standard Shipping—an untracked, lower-cost option for customers worldwide. By selecting this option, customers accept full responsibility for any potential loss or the need for re-shipment. This service is provided as a gesture of trust and to help make global shipping more accessible. We ask for the same goodwill and honesty in return.

If you prefer a tracked shipping method, please contact us at hello@thepotatoclub.store to request a quote. All costs for tracked shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your order shipped via International Standard and has not arrived, please contact us at hello@thepotatoclub.store. In some cases—such as customs delays—we may wait up to 21 days for the package to be returned. Based on your order history, we may choose to remake or resend the item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments
