Our average processing time is 2 to 3 days turn around before we shipped it out. We are unable to give an exact time frame as we are taking the most economical options for our customers.

We accept returns only for non-custom orders that is due to:

• Incorrect item received
• Defective or damaged items
• Major quality issues
• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

For any custom orders, unfortunately, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

Kiss-cut stickers (easy-peel on a backing sheet)

• These are good for business owners who are looking for one time use of stickers for product labelling

• Sticker sheets (Flat page in A6 or A5 size with multiple individual stickers printed on it)
